How do I get a quotation?
Share the product type, length, color, quantity and delivery country. Pricing depends on the product specification and order requirements. Chat with us on WhatsApp, or use our inquiry builder to prepare the details before sending them there.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For hair ordered by weight, the minimum is 100g per product type, per color. Different types and colors are counted separately. For example, 50g of one color and 50g of another do not meet the minimum for either color. For brushes, tools, color references and products sold by the piece or set, ask us to confirm the order quantity.
Can I request a sample?
Yes, contact us to discuss a sample or trial order. Sample and shipping costs depend on the product requirements and destination. Confirm the specification, quantity, costs and timing with our team on WhatsApp.
How should I choose a color?
Start with our color gallery, then use a physical color ring or swatch for a more useful reference. You can also discuss mailing your own swatch for matching. Contact us before sending a sample.
Can you customize products or packaging?
We offer customization discussions for hair length, curl and color, plus OEM packaging such as hangtags and gift boxes. Brushes can also carry your logo. Availability, quantities and costs depend on the project.
How do you ship orders?
We work with express carriers including DHL and FedEx and arrange international shipping. Confirm service availability and shipping cost for your destination when quoting. After shipment, we provide a tracking number.
When will my order arrive?
Our team confirms availability, production or dispatch timing and the estimated delivery window with you on WhatsApp, based on the agreed products and destination.
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal or bank transfer. Confirm the amount, payment details and agreed order terms directly with our team before paying.
What should I confirm before placing an order?
Review the product specification, color reference, quantity, packaging, price, shipping and payment details. Ask us to clarify inspection, returns and any issue-resolution terms before you place the order.
