This page explains the information handled by the Hanatic website and its contact tools. For questions about information you have shared with us, contact official@hanatic.com.

Preparing an inquiry

The inquiry builder prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit the draft to Hanatic or save the form contents in browser storage. We receive the details only when you send your message in WhatsApp. Avoid including payment credentials or other sensitive information in your inquiry.

Opening WhatsApp passes your draft to WhatsApp so you can review and send it. WhatsApp has its own privacy practices. Information you send to Hanatic is used to discuss your inquiry and order.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Our site events measure product navigation and inquiry actions. Our event code does not include your name, email address or message contents. A contact-button click is not treated as a completed order or a confirmed message.

Your analytics choice is saved in local storage for up to 180 days. You can change it using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining stops our Google Analytics tracking and removes its accessible first-party cookies. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page.

Google Analytics may use cookies to understand visits. Read Google’s privacy information (opens in a new tab) for more about its processing.

With your analytics permission, we retain approved campaign labels in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes to understand referral sources. Only predefined source, medium and campaign labels are used; inquiry fields and unrelated URL parameters are excluded. Withdrawing permission clears these labels.

Hosting and performance

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Hosting, security and performance services process technical request information to operate the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also measure page performance without analytics cookies; this is separate from the optional Google Analytics setting.

Contacting us about your information

Email official@hanatic.com with a privacy question or a request concerning information you have sent to us. Include enough context to identify your correspondence, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
